  • 1.5 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation Instructions:

  • Roast cumin seeds and crush them into fine powder.
  • Add all ingredients along with cumin powder in a blender and blend them well to make angoori lassi.
  • Pour the lassi in a glass and garnish it with chopped grapes. Serve chilled.
