CAPSICUM PANEER BHURJI RECIPE

Here is a quick and easy way to prepare delicious cottage cheese. You can eat paneer bhurji with chapati, paratha or as a sandwich stuffing. Also, it serves as a quick dinner idea. So, just make this dish and enjoy it in your own style.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tomato (cut into small pieces)

  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) (adjust according to your taste)

  • 1/2 capsicum (cut into small pieces)

  • 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder

  • A pinch of turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Finely chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions. Cook till the onions become soft and then add tomatoes and green chillies.

Add jeera powder, turmeric and salt and fry the spices for a minute.

Now add capsicum and garam masala and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on low flame.

Add crumbled paneer, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Take a taste test and adjust spices accordingly.

Turn off the stove and garnish capsicum paneer bhurji with coriander leaves.

Serve delicious capsicum paneer bhurji with roti, paratha or enjoy as sandwich stuffing.
